Thea supports Ophthalmologists at recent Birmingham meeting

Thea UK were delighted to support the Thea Birmingham Corneal Meeting recently.

The event, chaired by Mr Sai Kolli, had an excellent scientific programme which was reflected in the feedback from the delegates who attended.  UK experts in Ocular Surface, many of whom are internationally respected, delivered talks covering  challenging ophthalmic conditions including Peripheral Ulcerative Keratitis, Acanthamoeba Keratitis and Keratoconus.

The importance of the use of Preservative-Free eye drops was also discussed by Mr James Wolffsohn in the context of the TFOS DEWS II consensus document, released recently.
